This 36-year-old mother of three was unhappy with the appearance of her small breasts. Dr. Rottman performed a dual plane breast augmentation with high profile 300 cc silicone gel implants. An inframammory fold incision was used to place the implants in the dual plane position. The ‘after’ photo is shown six months post op.
