This 40 year old female was referred for revision breast augmentation surgery. Her right saline implant deflated and she desired implant replacement on both sides with silicone gel implants. Dr. Rottman removed the saline implants and placed high profile 325 cc silicone implants. The after photo is shown 6 months following implant exchange
