This 41 year old female is shown 6 months following Revision Breast Augmentation surgery performed by Dr. Rottman. She presented to my office with a right capsular contracture and left inferior fold malposition. I performed a right total capsulectomy and a left capsulorrhaphy. The bilateral inframammary folds were supported with Strattice. Her initial procedure was performed 3 years ago by another surgeon.
